◊ A church that is always safe and accessible to spiritual seekers, but unapologetically and deeply rooted in Biblical teaching and spiritual maturity.
◊ A church that is irresistible because of its extravagant love for God and for one another. The services are relevant, excellent, and practical. The atmosphere is one where God’s presence is welcomed, biblical truth is always spoken in grace, and broken people experience Christ’s acceptance and healing.
◊ A church that is supernaturally empowered by the Holy Spirit to both speak the words and do the works of Jesus.
◊ A church of Bible-based small groups that meet all over the bay area to fully mature as Christ followers and to represent his love to the community.
◊ A church that lives outside its’ walls—actively participating with the community and world. We gladly extend the Kingdom of God as Jesus did: caring for the poor, the sick, the oppressed, and by serving our community and world in sacrificial ways that demonstrate the love of Christ.
◊ A church actively engaged in the mission of God to seek & save the lost. Other kingdom-minded churches are valued and partnered with to develop leaders and plant churches around the world.
◊ A church where entire families and singles are excited to attend because they find encouragement and friendship. Marriages, families, singles, youth and children are all strengthened and celebrated.
◊ A church that cherishes children and youth, offering them protection, guidance, and spiritual formation as we pass the baton of faith to them.
