The Birth of a God-sized dream . . .
Every church is first formed in the heart of God, and then he forms it in the heart of his people. On September 24, 2006 Bay Area Community Church was born: a healthy, Bible-based, Spirit-empowered church in League City. Today we continue to seek to live authentic Christianity with passion and humility. We rely on God's power and presence, not our own programs and techniques. And we seek to experience and model forgiveness and grace to all who seek it through Jesus Christ. We have a simple conviction that most people are drawn to Jesus, but they often don't feel they can connect with His church. We want to change that!
Sadly, many people find the church to be arrogant, judgmental, sectarian and at times more about showbiz & tactics than authenticity and depth. We're more about living a humble and authentic, contemporary expression of biblical Christianity... always accessible to spiritual seekers, while deeply rooted in biblical conviction.
We are passionate about forming quality, committed relationships; Experiencing vibrant, authentic worship; Giving more to the community than we take; and humbly serving and demonstrating the life Jesus modeled. With these convictions at the heart of our DNA, we seek to impact the Bay Area, the Houston metro area and beyond.
Healthy & Growing . . .
Since our Grand Opening in 2006, BACC is thriving and growing steadily. Our focus is always on filling people with God, not simply filling buildings with people. With this as our clear and guiding focus, we are actively seeking God’s direction for a more permanent home that will likely include the purchase of land and sufficient facilities.

From our inception, Bay Area Community Church has experienced God's amazing blessings. We regularly see lives transformed as God works in miraculous ways to draw everyday, imperfect people to Himself and His incredible purpose for their lives. Everything we do is a reflection of our heart to help people of all economic, social and ethnic backgrounds to experience an ever-increasing love for Jesus Christ and for other people!
